Junior Project Supervisor

Overview

Assist PM in supervising wastewater/clean water infrastructure site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Conduct site inspections and audits, ensuring works are carried out to specification. -Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities as required. -Manage subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring efficient use of resources. -Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily site activities. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. -Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. -Support the resolution of technical and operational issues on site. -Monitor progress against programme and report any delays or issues. -Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, material deliveries, and workforce logs.

What You Bring

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. -Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., CDM, NRSWA, Water Industry Specifications). -Strong understanding of civil engineering and utility installation practices. -Proven experience in a supervisory role within the water industry (clean water and/or wastewater). -Excellent communication skills. -Full UK driving licence.
