- Conduct site inspections and audits, ensuring works are carried out to specification.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities as required.
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily site activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Support the resolution of technical and operational issues on site.
- Monitor progress against programme and report any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, material deliveries, and workforce logs.

- Excellent communication skills.
