Tasks

-Oversee incident investigations, corrective actions, and reporting of safety metrics/KPIs -Lead and administer site-wide safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards -Conduct regular site safety inspections and coordinate safety activities across multiple projects -Coach, mentor, and develop safety team members while guiding contractor leadership on hazard recognition and best practices -Represent safety in project planning, high-risk work reviews, and contractor onboarding

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills -Proven leadership in managing and mentoring safety teams -Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience overseeing high-risk work -Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or related field preferred; CSP or CHST certification strongly preferred -10+ years of progressive safety management experience in construction or industrial environments
