Tasks

-Promote sites through the Local Plan process, producing representations, hearing statements, and advocacy reports -Prepare planning appraisals, site assessments, and policy analysis -Lead and manage planning projects, coordinating team members and technical inputs -Prepare tenders and fee proposals, contributing to business development -Mentor junior team members and support their development

What You Bring

-MRTPI (or working towards Chartered status) -Degree in Urban/Town Planning, Built Environment, or related field -4–5+ years’ experience in planning (consultancy or local authority) -Strong grasp of policy-led planning and the Local Plan process -Organised, confident managing projects, and comfortable engaging with clients
