Tasks

-Identify knowledge gaps and capture insights related to wind turbine troubleshooting in close collaboration with experts. -Develop and institutionalize a process to efficiently execute the above-mentioned task within the own department. -Validate AI-generated troubleshooting sequences with a strong focus on technical correctness and compliance with HSE standards. -Closely collaborate with subject matter experts to convert expert knowledge into machine-readable fault-finding trees, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance. -Develop and maintain structured knowledge content as the foundation for an AI-powered troubleshooting assistant for wind turbine electrical systems.

What You Bring

-Master’s degree in engineering, with a minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. A Master’s with a process focus is considered a plus. -Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in wind turbine technology, with outstanding skills in independently troubleshooting electrical systems and maintenance. -Understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to wind turbine operations and safety. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex technical information clearly and logically. -Excellent communicator with fluent English skills - minimum C1 level -, both spoken and written. -Ability to work effectively across international, globally dispersed teams of both technical and non-technical experts. -Proven experience in knowledge management, ideally in environments involving AI or digital tools.
