Tasks

-Data Maintenance: Update and maintain customer data records in the database, including customer contact details, addresses, billing information, Credit Limit etc., and other relevant data as per ABB policy. -Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures related to customer data laid down by ABB. -Data Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide insights into customer data metrics, trends, and patterns to support decision-making processes. -Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation related to customer data management processes and best practices. -Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement related to customer data management. Propose and implement solutions to enhance data quality, efficiency, and accuracy. -Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer data across various systems and platforms, ensuring data consistency and synchronization. -Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure accurate and timely customer data updates and resolve any data-related issues. -Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data. Identify and rectify any data discrepancies or errors.

What You Bring

-Analytical mindset and the ability to derive insights from data. -Knowledge of data governance principles and practices. -1 to 2 years of experience in Order to Cash process [O2C], covering Customer Master Data management, Cash application, reconciliation, reporting and accounting. -Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. -Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). -Effective communication and collaboration skills. -Must be flexible in working for any shift timings. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy. -Proficiency in using database management tools and systems. -Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance or Commerce.
