Tasks
-Ensure robust network configurations and reliable connectivity across project sites. -Address complex IT challenges and provide solutions that ensure project continuity and efficiency -Influence decision-making regarding IT service operations enhancements and innovations. -Engage stakeholders to align IT services with project requirements and timelines. -Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting to minimise downtime. -Manage site mobilisations and decommissions with attention to IT infrastructure needs. -Oversee compliance testing of IT systems to adhere to industry and company standards. -Facilitate effective video conferencing setups and other communication platforms for project teams. -Implement and manage cloud services, including M365, ensuring efficient workflow and data security. -Maintain and update IT hardware installations, ensuring they meet project and operational needs.
