Tasks

-Complete internal reviews of valuation reports to ensure adherence to scope requirements. -Communicate review comments in a clear and concise manner -Provide guidance and support to engaged appraiser as necessary -Provide constructive comments and analysis throughout review -Ensure quality of analysis via the 5 basic components (completeness, accuracy, adequacy, relevance, reasonableness) -Offer solutions to complex appraisal problems

What You Bring

-Understanding discounted cash flow analysis & Argus -Have a thorough understanding of USPAP and the AI Code of Professional Ethics. -Familiarity with client requirements & nuances (eg CMBS) -Team player mentality with excellent communication skills. -MAI designation -Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise. -Understanding of approaches to value and nuances associated with each approach -10+ years of related work experience. -MAI or AI-GRS designation from the Appraisal Institute (AI) or possess equivalent experience of at least 5-years in appraising and/or reviewing similar commercial real estate assignments. -Must have property type and geographic competency for a given assignment. -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. -Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license. -Possess time management skills to complete internal reviews in a timely manner.
