The Role
Overview
Handle rent payments, accounts receivable/payable, evictions, vendor management, and month‑end reporting.

Tasks
-Monitor and follow up on bad debt to include preparation of late notices, resident, and guarantor contact, and filing evictions. -Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality. -Uphold the mission and values of the company to the highest level. -Responsible for overall accuracy of all accounts receivables including, but not limited to, posting charges/payments of rent, lease fees, late fees, utilities, etc. -Responsible for all end-of-the-month closing procedures and reporting. -Ensure staff compliance and consistency with Company policies and procedures. -Responsible for posting all charges to resident and non-current resident accounts; to also include bill back of utilities where applicable. -Maintain accurate and organized records; audit resident files to ensure accurate records.
