The Role

Overview

Provides front‑desk and administrative support for Renewable Energy office staff.

Tasks

-Order food/catering when needed and support setup/cleanup -Maintain security by following procedures and issuing badges and visitor packages. -Maintain conference room calendars -Track and manage new hire equipment. -Book and approve meeting rooms and requests. -Maintain kitchen and office supplies; order and stock items; maintain front/reception area tidiness -Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. -Greet visitors and maintain visitor logs. -Check and distribute mail; Create and ship USPS, UPS/FedEx shipments including FedEx freight -Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. -Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
