  • Interpret designs and recommend smarter, safer construction solutions.
  • Coordinate and deliver construction activities in line with plans and specifications.
  • Track and report on cost, revenue, and productivity using Envision and Expert.
  • Lead and mentor Lot Engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Support the Project Manager with forecasts, reports, and status updates.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery.
  • Champion site safety through toolbox talks, workshops, and investigations.

  • Sound knowledge of head and subcontract agreements, and exposure to claims and variations.
  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure projects for State authorities.
  • Strong understanding of WHS and Environmental legislation, and experience preparing SWMS and ITPs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Confident computer skills across Microsoft Suite, scheduling software, and project systems.
  • Current C-Class Driver’s Licence.
  • Experience with cost control, budgets, and forecasts.
