Lead cross-functional teams to resolve automotive field quality issues and improve warranty metrics.

Tasks
-Prioritize and drive quality actions across engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to meet quality targets. -Identify emerging issues requiring pre-investigation. -Lead actions and tasks within the Product Quality Leader (PQL) network to achieve application quality goals. -Flag potential safety-related issues to Safety Investigators when identified in field reports or claims. -Recommend and oversee containment actions and problem-solving tools for identified field issues. -Lead the Quality Action Group (QAG) as appointed. -Verify effectiveness of implemented quality solutions. -Coordinate and communicate quality initiatives and customer satisfaction updates across the organization. -Detect, analyze, and quantify customer quality issues proactively through enhanced analytics. -Challenge peers to ensure major issues are properly prioritized and addressed. -Serve as Chairperson for the Field Quality Meeting (FQM) for assigned markets. -Request and present external campaign proposals at the External Campaign Committee.

What You Bring
-5+ years of automotive industry experience, ideally in service or maintenance roles. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related business field (Master’s degree preferred). -Strong communication skills (verbal and written). -Strong judgment for prioritizing issues that provide value to both customer and brand. -Familiarity with quality solving processes, predictive analytics, and data mining. -Ability to build credibility, establish positive relationships, and influence stakeholders. -Fluent in English; global experience is a plus. -Background in dealership operations or direct dealer interface is a plus. -Customer-focused mindset (internal and external). -Experience leading cross-functional teams or managing projects.
