Overview

Install residential solar systems, assemble racking, and perform basic electrical wiring.

Tasks

-Assemble job components; -Attend training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety; -Responsible for following the safe work practices for the installation team; and -Ensure proper clean-up of job site -Layout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware; -Mechanical and structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment;

What You Bring

-Basic electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC) -Must be comfortable with being on roofs with pitched surfaces for extended periods of time, cannot have a fear of heights -Ability to lift 50-70 pound ladders, ability to climb ladders/stairs -Ability to work in extreme weather (hot and sunny as well as colder temperatures) -3 + year Residential Solar Installation Experience required -OSHA 10 required -Willing to work Saturdays/ overtime. -Clean Driver's license required
