  • Provides coaching, direction, and oversight to QA analysts and vendor testing resources.
  • Serves as the central point of contact for all testing requests for SAP and cross-platform systems.
  • Ensures all testing aligns with Daltiles quality standards and governance processes.
  • Influences others through subject-matter expertise and provides strategic recommendations to improve test planning and execution.
  • Works with test leads for work efforts to track and report test progress, metrics, and risks to project leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Defines and maintains the master test strategy for all testing phasesfunctional, integration, regression, and UATacross SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Partners with technical and infrastructure teams to ensure proper test environments, data, and tools are available and stable.
  • Oversees defect tracking, triage, and resolution, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Coordinates testing activities across internal QA teams, SAP analysts, business users, and vendor partners.
  • Develops detailed test plans considering design, development and operational readiness; ensures test coverage includes all system interfaces and cross-platform dependencies.
  • Reviews and prioritizes incoming test requests to ensure readiness, scope clarity, and alignment with business and technical objectives.
  • Establishes standardized QA processes, templates, and best practices across multiple platforms and project teams.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance testing efficiency, accuracy, and speed.

  • Advanced understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven background in testing cross-platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce or other CRM, point of sale systems, middleware / integration services and data/analytics).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP solution landscapes and integration points.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QA documentation tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on test coordination.
  • Proficiency in test management tools for requirements traceability, automated test execution and test reporting (e.g., Jira/ServiceNow, Tricentis Tosca, qTest and performance/load test tools such as StormRunner or NeoLoad).
  • Ability to coordinate internal QA teams and vendor resources in a hybrid delivery model.
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA , including EWM, Fiori, and Vistex modules is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • 6-8 years of QA/testing experience, with at least 3 years in a test lead, planning, or strategy role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading test strategy and execution across multiple concurrent projects.
