Tasks
-Continuously audit use of the HRIS and find opportunities to optimize the user experience, data integrity, and efficiency. -Perform administrative and analytical functions related to the HRIS. -Partner with 3rd party vendors, as applicable. -Collaborate with the Data Team to optimize the collection, analysis, and use of People Data. -Stay up to date on new technologies, system functions, etc. -Provide tier two and three level support for assigned applications. -Work directly with HRIS Analyst and the IT Team on administration standards, support, and training. -Collaborate with internal users and teams to design, document, maintain and improve business processes and resolve issues. -Train HR colleagues in tiers one and two support for assigned function, as applicable. -Hands/Arms: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery. Frequently operates machinery and will use hand/fingers and legs to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, and position materials. -Support file feed requests. -Assist with ongoing training and communication efforts both in the office and in the field. -Identify reporting needs; design and create reports to support the needs of the HR Team and other stakeholders. -Help define business needs; vet, test, recommend, and implement new technologies.

What You Bring
-Lift/Carry: Must have the ability to lift or manipulate fifty pounds to a height of three feet and carry or push it 50-100 feet. -Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships. -Speech: Ability to communicate laws, ordinances, plans, regulations, protocols, directives, and standard operating procedures related to project scope in English. -Proficiency with one or more Learning Management tools such as LinkedIn Learning or similar preferred. -Must be able to physically access all areas and levels of construction site for work progress review. -Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership. -Sight: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus in an outdoor environment. Must be able to safely operate a vehicle with a valid driver’s license. The work is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, reading print and digital documents. -Must be able to climb stairs, to ascend and descend ladders, scaffold, inspect confined or underground spaces. -Hearing: Must be able to work in proximity to loud equipment more than 50% of the time. Must be able to wear hearing protection, as necessary. Often required to communicate with customers and co-workers in an office setting and on the job site. -Familiarity with Oracle JDE Edwards, E1 or other Construction ERP preferred. -Four Year Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or similar preferred. -Expert level knowledge of Oracle HRIS -Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites. -Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Teams), and have a proficient understanding of working within a computer network. -Ability to work closely with variety of trade and craft people in a field work situation. Patience and professionalism are essential. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling: Must be able to regularly position self in a kneeling, crouching or crawling position for purpose of examining project work. -Highly developed organizational skills. -Experience working in architectural, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry preferred. -At least three (3) years’ experience supporting HRIS required. -Work schedule must be flexible to allow for extended hours or off-shift work to accommodate changing construction schedule and sequences. -Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work while frequently interrupted by phone calls and questions on work in progress. -Must use independent judgment, organizational and critical thinking skills to determine best method to accomplish desired results.
