Tasks

-Communication - Communicates with our clients to follow up on the status of proposed projects. This duty is absolutely vital to the success of our department. It not only opens a channel of communication, but it also helps to provide a quicker response time to gauge interest. -Estimating - Review and research Drawings/Plan sets, specifications, and ITB’s to create competitive proposals in our scope of work for our clients. Research different bid platforms to reach multiple General Contractors for individual projects. -Analyzing Drawings & Specifications with Precision/Accuracy
