Tasks

-Oversee the lease renewal program and documentation process. Ensure all lease paperwork and resident information is properly documented and protected. -Ensure leasing office, models, vacant units and common areas meet readiness standards. Report deficiencies to the Community Manager. -Maintain detailed knowledge of local market and conditions, and assist in developing marketing plans that incorporate advertising, internet, outreach marketing and referrals to increase visibility of the community. -Generate interest in the community by effectively answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and executing sales closing techniques successfully. -Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Engage current residents through ongoing programs and events designed to increase satisfaction and minimize turnover. -Meet occupancy goals for the community by motivating, engaging, and inspiring the leasing team to exceed expectations for the property.

What You Bring

-A minimum of one-year of experience in leasing and two-years of experience in sales or marketing -Ability to lead and motivate a team -Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment -High school diploma or equivalent
