Tasks

To prepare, coordinate, and implement architectural drawings and plans in accordance with technical and regulatory standards, with a focus on preparing Property Unit Subdivision plans and ensuring compliance with the requirements of relevant official authorities. -Review drawings to ensure compliance with municipal regulations and the Saudi Building Code. -Ensure adherence to quality standards and precision in all architectural drawings. -Prepare architectural and execution drawings for residential and commercial projects using approved engineering software. -Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical) to ensure design integration. -Prepare and coordinate Property Unit Subdivision documents in accordance with the General Real Estate Authority and the Real Estate Unit Ownership and Subdivision Law. -Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and working drawings, ensuring timely delivery. -Assist in updating and revising drawings based on design modifications while maintaining accuracy.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop). -Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. -Property Unit Subdivision Certificate from the Saudi Real Estate Institute (Mandatory). -2–3 years of experience in architectural drafting or with engineering consultancy offices -Good knowledge of municipal regulations and the Saudi Building Code.
