Tasks

-Assist the Parking Account Manager with implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). -Coordinate event parking operations by directing staff and maintaining efficient traffic flow during events. -Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and kindly, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor. -Collaborate with management on operational improvements and special projects as needed. -Assist cashiers and oversee cashiering activities, ensuring accurate handling of transactions and reports. -Supervise and mentor parking staff, providing guidance, support, and clear communication throughout shifts. -Enforce parking regulations to promote safety and operational consistency. -Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all event areas, including monitoring for hazards and organizing cleanup efforts. -Manage daily operations to ensure seamless execution of all event parking activities.
