Coordinate and deliver technical training, develop materials, assess effectiveness, manage programs.

Tasks
-Facilitate the execution of all training plans. -Maintain technical training records and employees results -Establish methods to measure technical training effectiveness and connection with RTA results -Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate. -Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to conduct technical training on various equipment, vehicles , and other machines (mechanical and electronic) -Develop and maintain up to date training and personal development plans for all staff. -Organize and develop training procedure manuals, guides and course materials such as hand-outs and visual materials. -Deliver appropriate training programs in accordance with legislation and current best practice. -Conduct training programs for the subject identified by the top managers for RTA employees group. -Periodically, evaluate training effectiveness. -Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with managers and supervisors or conducting surveys. -Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures. -Amend and revise training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
