Tasks

-Contributing to process enhancements related to document management and applying the document management system efficiently. -Managing documentation and ensuring they are retained in compliance with the company's/project’s procedures, including format, receipt, registration, number, filing, recovery, and the issue of documents. -Assisting in the preparation of the project document list, periodically updating and issuing the document list, as well as preparing and updating progress reports. -Setting up the documentation management system and document controls process.

What You Bring

-Team collaboration and quick problem-solving skills -Knowledge of document management systems -Professional Qualification in Electrical Engineering. -Project management certification is a plus -2 years of experience in similar project support role with experience handling Project documentation related to LV & MV Switchgear for O&G projects -Experience using MS Projects and Primavera -Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
