Tasks
Our superintendents work closely with project managers to deliver quality builds on time and on budget. You’ll lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety standards, and represent the company to clients and inspectors alike. We value professionals who lead with integrity, collaborate with their teams, and take ownership of their work. -Maintain daily records and jobsite documentation -Champion safety on the jobsite -Ensure work meets the highest standards and aligns with plans/specs -Help uphold a collaborative, problem-solving approach to project delivery -Communicate and coordinate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and local officials -Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors

What You Bring
This position will require a background check and drug test. This position is for a Traveling Superintendent. You must be able to travel to jobsites within the southeast. Company pays for travel home twice a month. We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up commercial construction. This Superintendent is required to have over 10 years of experience as a superintendent on commercial ground-up construction. This position is for a traveling position throughout the southeast (usually within a 4–5 hour radius for projects from residence). Retail construction experience is highly preferred. -Resume must include your project history (last 5–10 years minimum) -Ability to read and interpret construction drawings -Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects (retail experience strongly preferred) -Physical ability to navigate active jobsites (lifting up to 70 lbs, climbing, standing, crawling, etc.) -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Familiarity with construction management software -Able to travel for projects across the Southeast or work locally in Birmingham -Solid understanding of OSHA and jobsite safety
