The Role

Overview

Drive North American energy storage sales, develop new clients, meet targets, manage accounts.

Tasks

-Coordinating R&D, delivery, and other departments to promote project implementation; -Handle daily sales activities: collect and analyze business data, delivery management, and accounts receivable collection; -Develop new clients: mastering market dynamics and competitor activities, continuously develop new clients; -Maintain existing clients: identify client needs, and build good customer relationships; -Achieve the sales performance target in the North American market

What You Bring

-Ability to read, write, speak, hear; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach and lift with hands and arms frequently throughout the day. -Ability to sit for extended periods of time. -Proficient in English as a working language; -Highly automated, clean, safe, and temperature-controlled production environment -Strong ability to handle pressure and explore new opportunities, and willing to accept new challenges; -Excellent sales ability and a deep understanding of the North American BESS market; -Knowledge of Energy Storage related products, with a background in R&D technology preferred; -Understands and follows all standards of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards. (training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards) -Over 5 years of sales experience in industries relevant to the North American market; -Strong communication skills, with leadership qualities; -Understands and follows all standards of ISO14001 environmental standards. (training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards) -Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Energy Storage, Lithium Battery, Power, or related industries;
