Tasks

-Review of Welding Data Sheet. -Supervision of Specimen machining for testing -Inspection activities at Shop floor, at vendors place & at Suppliers place. -Preparation of QAP / Review of Traveler / LTFPS -Raw material inspection, -Face the external audit of various customer and regulatory body. -Calibration of measuring instrument such as Vernier caliper, Micro-meter, Dial- gauges, Measuring tape, feeler gauge, pressure gauges- Digital and Analog, Themo couple, Recorder. -Preparation and submission of History Dockets to QA -Review of documents received from various Vendor & Supplier, -Data compilation and analysis related to testing and Final documents -Co-ordination with internal customers like Shop, Planning, MCC, PMG...etc. and Customer -Responsible for Calibration of Measuring and testing instrument -Responsible for compilation of Final documents dossier -Responsible for All type of Mechanical (Tensile, Impact, Drop-weight, Hardness) & Chemical Testing (PMI, Spectro Analysis, Carbon & Sulphur Analysis) of material and Weld. -In-process inspection, -Preparation of PPO for QA & Lab related activities. -Customer coordination for testing and Final document dossier review -Conducting Internal audit as per ISO 17025 -Preparation of Deviation &/or Non Conformity Report

What You Bring

-Qualification as Level II in Visual Examination, Liquid Penetrant Examination , Magnetic Particle Examination, Leak Test...etc. -Good knowledge of MS-Word, Power-point and Excel. -Receipt inspection and IMR clearance -Good knowledge of material, for marking location in test coupon.
