-Research and Analysis: Conduct technical research, data analysis, and simulations to support project objectives and decision-making processes. -Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and progress reports. -Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and insights to enhance existing products or develop new solutions to address engineering challenges. -Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and testing, to ensure seamless project execution. -Health and Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while working in the lab or on-site. -Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in engineering to support the team's innovation efforts. -Work with a diverse team of professionals, fostering networking opportunities. -Project Support: Assist our engineering teams in various phases of project development, from concept design to implementation and testing.
