Maintain property cleanliness, minor repairs, and curb appeal for community residents.

Tasks

-Complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner -Follow Weidner’s Mission, Vision and Values and comply with all Weidner policies and procedures as well as all Fair Housing, local, state/province, and federal laws -Perform daily grounds maintenance of the property including picking up and disposing of all trash, pet defecation removal, maintain pet waste stations, and sweeping walkways -Complete basic service requests as assigned -Prompt, regular attendance; wear company dress code / uniform & maintain professional appearance at all times -Ensure market ready apartments, common areas and amenities are clean and maintained daily to Weidner’s quality standards -Assist with trashing out vacant units and doing screwdriver maintenance to include but not limited to: paint, moving appliances, basic unit turns, etc

What You Bring

-Yardi and Paycom experience preferred; Willing and able to learn new software programs -Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing -Basic plumbing (cartridges, toilet flapper, clearing drains, etc) -Ability to work outside of normal scheduled hours as needed -Experienced in Microsoft products preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) -Able to use appliance dolly, push/pull up to 85 pounds -Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions -Willing and able to be assigned to other Weidner properties as needed -Able to be on feet constantly for entire work shift, if applicable -Work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment and/or independently -Working knowledge of English; detail oriented, well organized -Basic electrical (light bulbs, outlet/switch covers, outlets, etc) -Basic hardware (replacing locks, door handles, cutting keys, etc) -Mechanical aptitude required -Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text -Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation, at all times -Able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, climb ladders and climb multiple flights of stairs at a time -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn & contribute on a daily basis -Driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance must be valid and unexpired at all times and match the country in which associate will work
