Tasks

-Build effective relationships with stakeholders, and use data, market intelligence and excellent communication skills to influence managers when designing their recruitment campaign. -Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement within the recruitment process, taking a lead on assigned projects. -Lead recruitment campaigns following end-to-end recruitment process, delivering outcomes within agreed SLAs and providing excellent customer experience for both hiring managers and candidates. -Work collaboratively with Senior HR Business Partners, managers and senior leaders in the business to understand current and future resource requirements to be able to plan and deliver successful campaigns in partnership with third-party suppliers.

What You Bring

-Demonstratable experience in direct candidate sourcing utilising appropriate technology. -Able to manage and deliver against a large portfolio of vacancies, including roles at various levels of seniority and skill set. -Previous proven experience in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. -Experienced user of recruitment systems and sourcing channels (e.g. ATS, Social Media sites/Job Boards). -Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders on recruitment strategies. -Be creative in designing and delivering attraction strategies using various channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.) to reach and target a range of audiences, and spark interest in National Highways career opportunities.
