Design the future of sustainable buildings.

  • Oversee contractor coordination, ensuring successful delivery and commissioning of mechanical installations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, clients, and other specialists, to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Lead the design and delivery of complex building services projects (science, industry, technology, etc.).
  • Develop innovative and sustainable mechanical solutions, incorporating netzero carbon principles, embodied carbon analysis, and circular economy strategies.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing contractors and overseeing onsite work, including commissioning and maintenance considerations.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations (including BCAR) and relevant industry standards.
  • Previous design experience in data Centre projects.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or near chartered) with a proven track record in delivering innovative mechanical engineering solutions.
  • Minimum 8 years of postqualification design experience, most of which within a consultancy environment.
  • Experience in the Irish market (or in the UK).
