Overview

Manage RFQs, supplier liaison, and invoice control for EPC projects.

Tasks

-Update internal databases with purchasing details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) -Contribute to the standardization of the RFQ/RPF processes and adherence of subcontractors to the HICO project checklist regarding services. -Control the subcontractor invoice process and documentation requirements to ensure supplier submittal documentation is well received and invoicing is accurate. -Support the Supplier Relations Managers by facilitating the qualifications of new subcontractors where appropriate and engage the project stakeholder team to help determine which subcontractors shall be engaged during the RFQ process for their respective projects. -Support the HICO Project Managers in the purchasing of EPC services. -Create and track RFQs/RFPs and monitor responses -Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts and project closing documents -Evaluate bids from subcontractors/suppliers and negotiate value for HICO and its customers -Participate in, develop, and maintain tools, best practices, reports to support the Procurement Team. -Support the Supplier Relations Managers in evaluating subcontractors/suppliers' performance by completing scorecards. -Analyze the responses to the RFQ/RFP (request for quotation/proposal) and summarize the results for the internal HICO project stakeholders. -Building pricing history list and conduct market research to identify pricing trends -Create and manage the RFQ process to ensure the purchasing function aligns with the Project Managers timeline and budget. -Support the HICO purchasing team regarding documentation control and supplier database information. -Build reports and analyze KPIs within the Purchasing department -Develop into the liaison between the subcontractors/suppliers and HICO project management and procurement teams.

What You Bring

-Years Experience: 2-3 Years -Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas such as xlookup, conditions (if, or, and), index, match, building charts) and Microsoft Teams/Office Suite. -Knowledge of SAP highly preferred (MM modules) -Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or engineering is preferred -Travel 0-10%
