Tasks

-Handle core accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, subcontract accounting, lien waiver tracking, and payment receipts. -Prepare and distribute invoices, apply payments, and monitor collections. -Maintain clear, organized financial records to support reporting and year-end processes. -Partner with project managers to ensure accurate billing and subcontractor compliance.
