Tasks

-Manage survey crews and delegate tasks when required. -Verify survey data accuracy, including measurements and calculations. -Conduct site visits and provide technical advice to project teams and clients. -Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, drones, and digital levels. -Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure designs align with survey data. -Conduct field surveys to establish property boundaries, topographical features, and construction layouts. -Prepare accurate survey drawings, maps, and legal boundary descriptions. -Collect, process, and analyze survey data using CAD and GIS software. -Maintain and update survey records and documentation. -Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying regulations and standards.

What You Bring

-Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Land Surveyor, Licensed Surveyor) preferred or required depending on jurisdiction. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy. -Minimum 2–5 years of field and office surveying experience (varies by role level). -Proficiency in CAD and GIS applications. -Good communication and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to work independently and in team environments. -Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. -Strong understanding of surveying principles, geodesy, and mapping. -May require travel to different project sites. -Exposure to varying weather conditions and terrain. -Experience with GPS/GNSS technology, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and survey software (e.g., Trimble Business Center, Leica Geo Office). -Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
