Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Contribute to preparation of project/s’ concept design preparation including but not limited to: -Accountable for successful project delivery meeting the targeted deadlines. -Accountable for maintaining the project deliverables Quality. -Collaborate with SA and DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility. -Participate in the design coordination process within Architecture team and with disciplines ( in house or external design partners: civil, structure, MEP, ID, Landscape, vertical transportation, & other specialists’ consultant) -Building strong relationships with team members. -Participate in design code review and building materials/systems selection. -Promoting and maintaining collaborative environment in the office -Participate in Knowledge sharing and skills development. -Adhere to project deadlines. -Deliver the project under the guidance Senior Architect (SA) and/or Design Manager (DM) while providing technical support to Architects. -Develop ownership approach to assigned design tasks. -Accountable for efficient planning and utilization of project’s man‐hours assigned by team leader. -Adopt creative design and problem‐solving approach. -Develop project deliveries while maintaining high‐quality design documents and construction drawings. -Day to day involvement in development of project design activities and production from the early stage design, through technical design development, to the construction documentation. -Implement successfully the project BIM Execution plan. -Maintain professional code of conduct in line with the company’s ethics. -Maintain the design quality standards. -Develop project BIM Models and production of Design documents/reports. -Participate in the preparation of the projects’ list of deliverables. -Participate in the implementation of the project execution plan. -Active participation in internal meetings, presentations, and workshops. -Maintain the models’ BIM quality level in coordination with the BIM Coordinator / Manager.

What You Bring

-Knowledge in sustainable design practices and green building technologies -Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software -Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit -Understanding of Saudi Arabian culture and its influence on architectural design -Project Model/s and Graphical presentation -Creativity and attention to detail in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces -Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills -Proficiency in English -Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and local architectural styles -Good communication and presentation abilities -Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects independently -Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred -Fluency in spoken and written communication -Good knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly in Saudi Arabia -Willingness to travel occasionally for project site visits
