Tasks

-Structural Design: Apply engineering fundamentals to deliver intermediate to advanced structural solutions across diverse projects. -Collaborative Environment: Work closely with senior engineers and other professionals to develop your technical and project management skills. -Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, design technicians, and team members to ensure practical and efficient outcomes. -Project Management: Developing project management capabilities and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality work. -Design Documentation: Prepare fee proposals, tender documentation, and contribute to project planning and delivery.

What You Bring

-Proven Design Experience: Minimum 3 + years experience in structural engineering design across infrastructure, industrial, or local government projects -Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering first principles, 3D modelling experience (SpaceGass preferred, but other analysis packages welcome), and ability to produce drawings/sketches. -Growth Mindset: Willing to step outside comfort zone and embrace new challenges -Qualifications: Bachelor of Civil or Structural Engineering
