Tasks

-Manage the commercial function across assigned projects from pre-construction to final account. -Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract packages. -Produce accurate monthly valuations, variations, and cost reports. -Maintain robust forecasting and financial control throughout all project phases. -Ensure compliance with internal commercial procedures and governance. -Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and project teams.

What You Bring

-Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, ground engineering, piling, or infrastructure projects. -Strong working knowledge of NEC or similar contract forms. -Confident managing multiple packages and working independently. -Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. -Commercially astute with strong attention to detail.
