Controller / Bookkeeper

Tasks

-As growth continues, recruit and manage additional accounting staff -Ensure compliance and accuracy across all financial transactions and records -Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, budget vs. actual reports, and key financial dashboards -Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for review with leadership -Coordinate with ownership and department heads on financial planning, cost control, and forecasting -Manage and optimize systems within QuickBooks Online, JobTread, and related tools -Oversee job costing, work-in-progress (WIP) reports, and financial tracking by project and brand -Lead or support banking, credit, and insurance relationships -Work alongside passionate owners and creative teams -Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations

What You Bring

-Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or controller roles -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Strong understanding of construction or design-build accounting (job costing, WIP, etc.) -Experience with QuickBooks Online and ideally a construction project management system (Job Tread) -Proven track record supporting or leading a company through high-growth periods -Analytical thinker who enjoys creating structure in fast-moving environments -Remodeling Concepts specializes in roofing, siding, and window replacements.
