The Role

Overview

Liaise between residents and project teams to manage housing improvement works.

Tasks

-Arrange access appointments, distribute notices, and assist in resolving any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally. -Keep accurate records of resident interactions, access arrangements, and any special requirements. -Attend and support resident meetings, open days, and community engagement events. -Work closely with site managers and supervisors to ensure residents’ needs are understood and met. -Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, keeping them informed of planned works, schedules, and progress. -Promote Equans’ commitment to excellent customer service and community partnership. -Ensure residents’ homes are treated with care and respect during all works.

What You Bring

-Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. -Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer, Customer Service, or Housing Support role (ideally within social housing, regeneration, or construction environments). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. -Confident working independently and as part of a wider site/project team. -Empathetic and patient, with a professional and approachable manner. -Strong IT and administrative skills for managing resident data and communications.
