Tasks

-Supports the Regional Lettings Director on the direction of the Lettings business and assists in integrating PM and Sales teams -Accountable for overall Branch Lettings Performance and meeting budget -Acquires and maintains a leading market share position and with a significant margin -Becomes the ‘go to' person in the market place for BTL investors
