Tasks

-Identify and communicate recurring issues and assist in their resolution. -Develop a working technical understanding of Zachry Hotels systems, products, and services. -Adhere to Zachry Hotels IT processes, policies, and standard operating procedures. -Maintain detailed records of support activities, including communications, troubleshooting steps, and time tracking. -Provide end-user technical support both in person and remotely. -Track and manage Zachry Hotels IT inventory assets and software licenses. -Manage and troubleshoot vendor services and relationships following vendor standard operating procedures. -Triage, prioritize, and respond to support requests to ensure timely and effective resolution. -Install, uninstall, and transport equipment as needed; provide guidance for remote installations. -Utilize approved tools for device management, monitoring, and utilization reporting. -Travel locally within San Antonio (5–10%) to support multiple hotel locations. -Support imaging, deployment, and reconditioning of end-user equipment, as well as inventory management throughout the hardware lifecycle. -Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and mentorship.
