Tasks
-Conduct interviews and investigate regulatory listings. -Manage research, field activities, and report preparation. -Develop conclusions and recommendations. -Perform and prepare Phase I ESAs in accordance with ASTM E-1527-21. -Evaluate environmental compliance. -Interpret data and prepare technical reports. -Conduct records review, site reconnaissance, and identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs), Business Environmental Risks (BERs), and non-scope items.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related field. -5+ years of experience performing Phase I ESAs. -Experience in environmental remediation, environmental investigations, site inspection, and environmental assessments. -Experience with equity purchase and lender Phase I ESAs. -Proficiency in report writing, environmental compliance, and regulatory compliance. -Must meet the definition of an Environmental Professional per 40 CFR
