What You Bring

-Must be flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of the role and project environment. -Process design experience e.g. developing and maintaining PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing and process calculations. -Self-motivated, able to work independently, organised and reliable along with a professional approach and demeanour. -Excellent leadership, interpersonal, interdisciplinary verbal and written communication skills are essential. -Thorough knowledge of UK and EU health & safety legislation, codes of practice and standards. -Proven knowledge around a variety of process safety subject matter areas e.g. ATEX/DSEAR, PHA, COMAH, etc. -Ability to work on several projects at one time and determine appropriate prioritization. -Relevant professional experience in a similar function, with a good understanding of process safety and process design. -Bachelor degree qualification in Process/Chemical engineering (or equivalent). -Chartered Engineer with relevant institute or working towards chartered status is an advantage.
