Tasks
-Assist with developing project proposals as needed -Responsible for supervision of business and project operations in the Arizona Survey department. Responsible for the supervision of budget, client relations and business development. Directly supervises the daily activities of the Arizona Survey department, including project time and cost estimates. Responsible for overseeing manpower and project projections. -Organize project team -Report results to management -Initiate corrective actions -Prioritize long-term resources -Establish project plan and objectives -Establish group plan -Analyze team and group financial performance -Maintain executive level client relationships -Establish office objectives -Collaborate with Project Managers to help them determine timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedule -Utilize AutoCAD and other related software packages as needed -Serve as liaison between client and project team members -Communicate with other survey staff -Provide guidance to team members -Respond to project inquiries -Balance staffing and workload -Collaborate with PM’s -Establish annual business plan with the President and Vice President
