Tasks
-Perform precision testing to locate refrigerant leaks and implement appropriate solutions -Champion our company safety culture and embody our core values in every customer interaction -Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for diverse commercial and industrial clients -Install complete HVAC systems, including line sets, condensate drains, and electrical feeds to manufacturer specifications -Troubleshoot diverse service challenges, source replacement parts, and calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance -Diagnose and resolve complex issues with electronic, mechanical, and electrical components across various HVAC systems -Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments and customers regarding work progress, parts procurement, and status updates

What You Bring
-5+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and air handlers -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver heavier items with appropriate equipment, and work from heights on ladders or lifts -Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality workmanship -Resilience to work effectively in various weather conditions -Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, electrical schematics, and control drawings -Self-motivated professional capable of working independently while prioritizing safety and quality -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
