Manage delivery of modular accommodation projects from mobilisation to completion.

Tasks

-Monitor quality, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards -Collaborate with clients to develop detailed project programmes -This role involves travel and working away from home -Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company values -Host pre-start meetings and conduct progress inspections -Track performance and manage budgets to meet financial targets -Promote continuous improvement and best practices -Own and submit Works Package Plans (WPPs) to customers -Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors

What You Bring

-CSCS Supervisor/Manager’s card -Excellent communication and customer service skills -Full clean UK driving licence -Strong record-keeping and organisational skills -Strong knowledge of health and safety and the modular/construction industry -A flexible mindset and readiness to embrace new challenge -You’ll be based both in the office and on-site -SSSTS or SMSTS certification
