Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Superintendent based in Greenville, SC. The Electrical Superintendent will lead and coordinate all aspects of electrical field operations for assigned projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This includes supervision of field crews, scheduling, proactive planning, coordination with general contractors/owners, and hands-on support when needed. -Maintain jobsite safety and ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety policies. -Supervise multiple electrical crews, foremen, electricians, and helpers. -Oversee all electrical field operations from pre-construction through project closeout. -Support material inventory and proactively plan to reduce delays. -Mentor field staff and support skill development across all levels. -Serve as the primary field liaison for technical and workforce coordination. -Lead daily planning, scheduling, material procurement, and tool logistics. -Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and NEC requirements. -Use and maintain required field tools and lockout/tagout equipment -Coordinate daily with project management, general contractors, and owners.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with all required tools from Green Helper through Superintendent level. -Strong leadership with a track record of managing crews in active construction environments. -7+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role in Electrical department. -Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate labor and materials across multiple work areas. -High attention to safety, quality, and productivity standards. -Excellent working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). -Skilled in interpreting complex electrical drawings and schematics. -Comfortable collaborating with general contractors, owners, and project managers. -Strong verbal and written communication skills.
