Tasks

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and assets at the Neenah facility -Identify nessesary parts for maintenance needs and report to Maintenance Manger for Procument. -Execute preventative maintenance schedules. -Work along side production employees and contractors. -Support troubleshooting of pumps,440v 3 phase electrical systems, motors, drives, boilers, pneumatic and hydraulic. -Perform preventative maintenance on electrical components such as motors, circuits, and control systems. -Safely and efficiently operate overhead cranes and forklifts.

What You Bring

-Education: High school Diploma or equivalent. -Experience: 2 years of relevant manufacturing-related mechanical or millwright experience, or 2 years technical traing preferred. Qualified candidates will possess mechanical aptitude skills, Welding and fabrication skills, general knowledge of PLC controls motor controls, and HVAC is a plus as well as a clear drug screen and background check. -Must have computer skills (Word/Excel) -Ability to perform other maintenance, housekeeping, painting and miscellaneous tasks as needed and/or as directed by supervision. -Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools. -Proficiently perform all tasks with or without supervision. -Understanding and adherence to all appropriate OSHA regulations -Read and understand standard prints and instructions. -Willingness to work off schedule shifts to execute urgent maintenance needs.
