Tasks

-Conduct technical reviews in support of our Quality Control program. -Interact with clients on a regular basis. Attend meetings with client/contractor related to architectural aspects. Present and sell design solutions at client meetings and public hearings. -Plan, schedule, coordinate, and oversee the work of junior-level Architects and mentor other staff members as needed. -Responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule. -Assist in development of proposals. -Initiate design concepts, lead the development of construction documents, and carry a project through the construction administration process for multiple project types and sizes.

What You Bring

-Self-motivated and adaptable -Registered Architect in Ohio with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity -Demonstrated ability to develop fee proposals -Client interfacing experience -Strong rendering and graphic skills -Excellent communication skills and detail oriented -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam -Ten or more years of related experience -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required from an NAAB accredited program
