Tasks

-ensure exploitation according to the rules as set in the permits and develop a yearly workplan to be approved by the local authorities -control activities are performed within the predefined budget and alert the sales team when problems arise -motivate people to report unsafe/unhealthy behaviours/issues -collaborate with the production scheduler -align with production scheduler and if needed, with the production manager/operations manager when problems arise and/or the production schedule cannot be met -ensure the production team, both own employees and subcontractors perform their activities considering safety and health as the highest priority
