  • Provide recommendations and solutions to optimise current programmes of work to deliver the greatest demand reduction, including an understanding of customer segmentation
  • Work closely with the Data and Insights team to examine information and data to identify patterns, trends and insights, to inform continuous improvement
  • Help plan and manage data and communications for future programmes of work
  • Monitor the delivery and effectiveness of water audits and customer side leakage resolution to ensure demand reduction performance commitments are achieved
  • Support with the development and effectiveness monitoring of new propositions
  • Prepare reports to highlight programme issues, risks and actions and prompt intervention as necessary

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Feed analysis and insight into the Water efficiency delivery manager to inform future change
  • Good knowledge of wider water industry and regulatory context
  • Ability to build and manage effective relationships within and outside of UU
  • Experience in customer engagement and project management
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in the water industry
  • Ability to examine information and data to identify patterns, trends and insights, and provide recommendations and solutions based on findings
  • High level of competence in problem solving, analytical reasoning, and planning
