Tasks

-Partner with IT and operations to identify automation opportunities and document processes. -Evaluate and support third-party AI solutions for analytics and operational efficiency. -Build and maintain integrations between internal systems (CRM, ERP) and external platforms. -Support additional digital transformation initiatives as needed. -Stay informed on emerging AI technologies relevant to property management. -Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. -Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize integrations. -Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of AI and automation tools across departments.
