Tasks

-Prepare, review, and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. -Work closely with the estimating and engineering teams to develop proposals and bid packages. -Provide cost tracking, financial reporting, and risk assessment for assigned projects. -Access supportive internal tools and resources to ensure smooth project delivery. -Identify value engineering opportunities and recommend design or process improvements to optimize efficiency. -Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and industry best practices. -Lead high-impact projects across commercial and industrial sites, seeing your work make a real difference. -Work on a variety of projects across the region, keeping your role engaging and challenging. -Plan, organize, and control project activities to ensure timely completion within budget. -Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, safety, and quality standards. -Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship. -Maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service. -Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and field staff. -Take ownership of projects from planning through execution, with hands-on responsibility for budgets, schedules, and quality. -Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. -Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. -Lead project meetings with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to communicate project status and resolve issues. -Collaborate with experienced teams of engineers, subcontractors, and project managers on dynamic construction initiatives. -Collaborate with the Solutions Group to ensure technical integration and client satisfaction. -Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field operations on-site. -Forecast labor, material, and equipment needs; manage procurement and logistics to support project timelines.

What You Bring

-Ability to travel throughout Southeast Pennsylvania and occasionally to headquarters in Middleburg Heights. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered. -Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project scheduling, and financial management. -5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects. -Demonstrated experience in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical (MEP) project management. -Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or equivalent construction software. -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
