Tasks

-Craft compelling outreach messages that make candidates want to talk to Giga -Bring ideas to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate experience, and brand visibility -Research, map, and build strong talent pipelines across multiple disciplines -Track and manage candidate engagement in our ATS (Greenhouse) -Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, talent databases, and social platforms to identify top talent -Maintain clean, organized data to support recruiting analytics and reporting -Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal profiles

What You Bring

-1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting (agency or in-house) -Curiosity and creativity in how you find, approach, and engage talent -Hustle mindset: fast, organized, and resourceful -Excellent written communication—you can make a cold outreach message feel warm -Strong sourcing toolkit—Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, research tactics -Bonus: experience sourcing in energy, manufacturing, or technical industries
